Изменение характера, выраженности, продолжительности фармакологического эффекта при одновременном назначении нескольких лекарственных препаратов. Оно может быть фармацевтическим, фармакокинетическим, фармакодинамическим, физиологическим. Взаимодействие может проявляться усилением или ослаблением основного фармакологического действия.
